The foundation of Potts & Chapa Construction Inc. was built on teamwork, craftsmanship, and a shared passion for quality construction. Years ago, two skilled tradesmen — Tom Chapa and John Potts — found themselves working together on a variety of projects, from framing and exterior renovations to full additions, kitchens, and bathrooms. Their collaboration quickly revealed a natural partnership — one built on trust, shared values, and a commitment to getting things done right. 

Recognizing their combined strengths, they decided to form Potts & Chapa Construction, bringing their expertise together under one name. Over the years, the company earned a reputation for excellence, reliability, and attention to detail — values that became the cornerstone of every project.

After many successful years of partnership, John Potts chose to retire and enjoy the next chapter of life. Tom Chapa, now serving as CEO, continues to carry the company forward, honoring the strong foundation they built together while leading the team into the future with the same dedication and craftsmanship that started it all.

Today, Potts & Chapa Construction remains a proud, family-oriented business. Tom’s son, Thomas, has joined the team, bringing a new generation of energy, skill, and innovation to the company. Alongside him is Eric Morales, who began his career as a laborer and, through hard work and dedication, has grown into the company’s Head Project Manager — a true example of the company’s belief in developing talent from within.

Together, the team continues to deliver exceptional craftsmanship in framing, exterior work, additions, kitchens, and bathrooms — transforming houses into homes and building lasting relationships with every client.
